Our Catholic school is part of the Catholic Church. We work in partnership with our local parish and priests in order to enrich the spiritual life of the students, staff and families of our school, especially through the celebration of the Sacraments.
Our Parish Priest, Principal, Religious Education Coordinator, Family Educator and class teachers work in close collaboration in order to guide, support and inspire students to faithfully partake in their preparation for First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation.
Our school staff support the Parish sacramental program by:
- aligning all relevant Religious Education curriculum units to correspond with Sacramental preparation
- Supporting the sacramental program by ensuring all students and parents have the opportunity to attend information sessions and preparation workshops
- Attendance at sacramental celebrations at our Church
Students in Years 3–6 at our school are provided with opportunities throughout the year to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
